Prentess and Thomas Carter established Carter Paper in 1954 after they realized the need for a reliable distributor of paper and packaging supplies. A family owned and operated business; Carter Paper & Packaging is currently presided over by the second generation of family members.
Carter Paper occupies a 55,000 square foot facility and employs 14 sales & service personnel to meet your every need. Next day service is available on most purchases thanks to our experienced staff’s dedication to your needs and success.
In October 2004, Carter Paper earned the Women's Business Enterprise certification. This certification is given to a firm that is 51% owned, operated, and controlled by women. We are also proudly affiliated with the Better Business Bureau, Afflink, and the Peoria Chamber of Commerce.
